Duties include following all safety requirements, operating a coatings machine, moving heavy bins of product with a pallet jack or forklift, mixing coatings, quality checking parts, raking parts out of the oven, entering data into the computer, etc.
This job requires you to be on your feet, bending, reaching, grabbing, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Hours:
1st Shift:
Regular shift is Monday through Friday 5:
00am-3:
00pm.
2nd Shift:
Regular shift is Monday through Friday 3:
00pm-1:
00am.
Pay:
Starting pay is $17.
00/hour with a $3.
00/hour shift differential for 2nd Shift Increase opportunity after 90 days and annually Bonuses!! Quarterly gainsharing bonuses averaging between $750-$1,000 based on achievement of production targets.
